First Fracture Project has been the Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital since 2003. This not-for-profit, public university teaching hospital is located in Sydney, Australia and serves a population of around 212,000. Oxford University Hospitals, UK is a public university teaching hospital serving a large community. In 2011 a fracture liaison service came into effect and serves all fragility fracture types, since 2017 we have been piloting an AI method for vertebral fracture assessment

The Glasgow Royal Infirmary located in Glasgow, Scotland, UK, has run a successful fracture liaison service (FLS) since 2002. Serving a population of 330,000 as a public university hospital, the programme manages around 1,600 patients per year. Under the guidance of Dr. C Sainsbury, hip, inpatient, outpatient and vertebral fractures are seen.

West Glasgow Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) was founded in 1999 and was originally based in the Western Infirmary, Glasgow, UK. More recently it has moved to Gartnavel General Hospital, Glasgow. It.is a public university teaching hospital with a population of around 250,000. It services all fragility fractures and around 2000 patients are reviewed each year.
