I am a professor of endocinology and diabetes, Mansoura University, Egypt.

Our endocrinology unit provides a metabolic bone diseases clinic service, I am the leader of the clinic.

It provides a bone health evaluation and develops a personalized plan for patients to reach and maintain bone health, early detection and prevention of future  fractures.

当院は『柏陸軍病院』として始まり、第二次世界大戦後、陸軍の解体により国立療養所病院、国立柏病院を経て、1993年から柏市立柏病院となっております。

当院の骨粗鬆症に対する活動は、2018年に開始され、地域住民向けの骨粗鬆症教室などを開催しております。2020年からは活動に二次骨折予防を加え日々奮闘しております。

FLSチームには整形外科医師、検診センター医師、病棟・外来看護師、薬剤師、理学療法士、管理栄養士、放射線技師、社会福祉士、事務職員の計20名が所属し、他職種連携によるサービスの提供をしております。

Fractures significantly impact the quality of life in elderly individuals. To improve their quality of life, we assess the fracture risk in every elderly person with a history of fractures and aim to prevent future fractures.

骨粗鬆症を背景に生じる骨卒中の一次予防から、次なる骨折を防ぐための二次骨折予防まで滞りのない治療を目的に、多職種のメンバーで構成された聖霊病院骨粗鬆症リエゾンチーム“SOLT”は活動しています。特に大腿骨近位部骨折に対しては、骨折受傷後48時間以内に、低侵襲で確度の高い手術治療を行い、術翌日から骨折前と同じレベルの歩行能力の再獲得を目指し歩行訓練を開始します。そして、次なる骨折を予防するために骨粗鬆症治療を導入しています。さまざまな職種で患者さんに関わり、その回復を全人的にサポートしています。

Hastanemize kırık veya kırık riski ile başvuran hastalarımızı öncelikle genel tıbbi değerlendirmeye tabi tutuyoruz. Yapılan muayeneler sonucunda röntgen ve kemik ölçümlerini yaptırıyoruz. Gerekli durumlarda bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme yöntemlerini de kullanıyoruz. Kırık tespiti yapılan durumlarda Ortopedi uzmanı ile konsülte ediyoruz. Hastanın kırığının neye bağlı olduğunu tespit ettikten sonra tedavi planlamasını yapıyoruz. Ameliyat planlanan hastanın kırık yerini düzeltmek için operasyon programını yapıyoruz.

Hospital Serena del Mar is a Level I Trauma Center located in the outskirts of Cartagena, Bolívar, serving an urban and rural population comprehending the Caribbean Coast of Colombia. 

We count with an interdisciplinary group focused on the treatment of orthopaedic injuries in the elderly population, based on the principles of comanagement among the services needed by the patient: orthopaedic surgery, geriatrics, anesthesia, among others. Our main concern is the impact of fractures on patient's lifestyle and health, and preventing future fractures.
