Our hospital’s Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) provides a structured, multidisciplinary approach to the identification and management of patients with fragility fractures. The service focuses on secondary fracture prevention through timely assessment, osteoporosis evaluation, initiation of evidence-based treatment, and patient education. It also supports follow-up care, treatment adherence, and coordination among endocrinology, orthopedics, radiology, and rehabilitation services. This integrated model aims to reduce recurrent fractures and improve long-term bone health.
Our FLS team started in 2022, consists of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and medical office staff, working together to provide better care for fracture patients. We are committed to the prevention of secondary fractures and education of our hospital staff.

Saiseikai Nagasaki Hospital is a general hospital located in Nagasaki, Japan. Our Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) aims to identify fragility fracture patients and provide systematic assessment and treatment to prevent secondary fractures. Our multidisciplinary team works to close the osteoporosis treatment gap through coordinated post-fracture care, including bone mineral density assessment, osteoporosis medication initiation, and patient education.Our hospital performs 200 to 240 hip fracture surgeries annually, the highest volume in the Nagasaki region.
We are already a recognized FLS Unit mapped. But we have not be able to log in with our previous login user and password (pablocastillon@mutuaterrassa.es). So we have register again with this new user (lpuertas@mutuaterrassa.cat) in the same Hospital and same FLS Unit.
We want to update our data, because we have been working hard the last years to improve our FLS. And we would like to be mapped with an upgrading in our star category if we accomplished the criteria.
当院では徳島県の基幹病院として骨折リエゾンサービス（FLS）による再骨折予防サポートで、運動習慣や食事を見直し、場合によっては骨粗鬆症の薬剤を服用することにより、再骨折のリスクの軽減に努めています。
Grupo multidisciplinar que se compone de especialidades de Traumatología, Geriatría, Med. Interna, Rehabilitación, Reumatología que acompañan al paciente desde el ingreso en el hospital desde su llegada por la puerta de urgencia con el diagnóstico de fractura de cadera y vertebral, hospitalización en Traumatología y seguimiento en consultas externas.
当院では2014年より院内FLS活動を開始し、医師・看護師・PTからなるチームが、脆弱性骨折後の二次骨折予防に取り組んできた。2022年の二次性骨折予防継続管理料の算定開始に合わせてFLSチームを再編し、医師・看護師・PTに加え、薬剤師およびMSWが参画する多職種チーム体制とした。大腿骨近位部骨折で入院した患者に対しては、確実に骨粗鬆症の評価を行うとともに、入院中は活性型ビタミンDを確実に処方している。また、FLSチームは週1回の病棟回診を行い、退院後に骨形成薬を積極的に導入できるよう、転院先の選定や治療継続について多職種カンファレンスを実施し、主治医へ提案している。その際、MSWが参加することで、退院後も骨粗鬆症治療を継続できるかかりつけ医への紹介につなげている。さらに、院外活動として、地域の整形外科医と連携して二次性骨折予防連携協議会を組織し、毎年10月に市民公開講座を開催して啓発活動を行っている。
The Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) at the Mohammed V Military Teaching Hospital in Rabat was established in October 2025 as the first structured secondary fracture prevention program in Morocco.The service follows a coordinator-based model. A dedicated nurse coordinator is notified by the trauma and orthopaedic departments, the emergency department, and by the rheumatology service for vertebral fractures.
