Hospital Universitari Mútua de Terrassa
We are already a recognized FLS Unit mapped. But we have not be able to log in with our previous login user and password (pablocastillon@mutuaterrassa.es). So we have register again with this new user (lpuertas@mutuaterrassa.cat) in the same Hospital and same FLS Unit.
We want to update our data, because we have been working hard the last years to improve our FLS. And we would like to be mapped with an upgrading in our star category if we accomplished the criteria.
