El CEM ( Centro de Endocrinología, Nutrición y Diabetes) del Sanatorio Las Lomas, es el primer FLS de la Argentina, habiendo iniciado su participación en el programa en el año 2017. 

Contamos con 875 pacientes con fracturas por fragilidad en tratamiento y seguimiento, habiendo obtenido una reducción importante de la tasa de refractura. 

Captamos a los pacientes recientemente fracturados desde los diferentes servicios de consultorios externos, departamento de imágenes, emergencias médicas e internación, siendo estudiados en el servicio de Endocrinología. 

The Fracture Liaison Service of the Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam has been initiated by Dr Carola Zillikens, who currently directs the EMC Bone Center. The FLS has been fully operational since 2014. In March 2016 it has been credited with, in the Netherlands currently the only , GOLD standard .

Directed by lead clinician Dr. José R. Caeiro Rey, the Orthogeriatric and Fracture Liaison Service Unit of Santiago de Compostela University Hospital has been running since 2012, and 2015 respectively. This hospital is located in Santiago de Compostela, Spain and serves a population of around 465,000 people.

Holbæk Hospital is a public district hospital serving a population of about 250,000. The fracture liaison service was established in 2013 with provision of services for patients aged 65+ with hip fractures and patients aged 50+ with forearm fractures.

Initially serving about 450 fracture patients annually, the service has been expanded as of January 2016 to include all major osteoporotic fractures. The service is provided by nurse practitioners and by specialists in rheumatology or endocrinology. DXA, VFA and bone turnover markers are used routinely.

The FLS of the Virgen Macarena University Hospital got rolling in 2015. The Virgen Macarena University Hospital is a public hospital of the third level. It has 850 beds and serves up to 500,000 inhabitants of Seville.
