This FLS unit is located in Santa Chiara Hospital, Pisa. The hospital system of Pisa serves a population of around 800.000 people.The FLS is intended to provide correct diagnosis, pain relief, adequate antifracture treatment, and to establish an rehabilitation program for patients with vertebral fractures, by a multidisciplinary team in a single visit. Team members Maurizio Mazzantini (rheumatologist), Vanna Bottai (orthopedic), and Agnese Menconi (physiatrist) have been working together on this project since 2014.

POLICE GENERAL HOSPITAL
Directed by lead orthopedic surgeon Dr. Tanawat Amphansap, the Police General Hospital‘s Liaison Service (PGH’s Liaison) has been running since 2014. The Police General Hospital is currently a fully-fledged state-run general 900-bed hospital and tertiary trauma center. The location is in the city center of Bangkok, Thailand. This hospital offers all the standard medical services expected from an accredited national medical facility and serves a population of around 320,000 people. The PGH’s liaison service handles all inpatients’ fragility fractures and serves about 120 patients per year.

Marina Baixa Hospital
The Hospital Marina Baixa (HMB), is a Spanish public hospital located in Villajoyosa city, in the North of Alicante province. The population served by this hospital is around 200 000 inhabitants.
The Fracture Liaison Service (FLS), was driven by rheumatology team and was born with the aim of improving care of patients with osteoporotic/fragilibilty fractures, specially vertebral and hip fractures, according to best clinical guidelines.
Waitemata District Health Board
Waitemata District Health Board Fracture Liaison Service has been running since 2012, and was one of the first FLSs established in New Zealand. The service has progressively grown and matured over the years and cover a population of about 600,000 people living in Northern and Western parts of Auckland, New Zealand, and take pride in being one of the leading FLSs in the country.
