FLSは2018年にスタートし、2021年に銀メダルを獲得しました。金メダルを目指して頑張っています。

Our FLS center is in located in a tertiary care institute (University hospital) where we identify the patients with fragility hip fracture, track more than 90% of them and assess them within 4 weeks post fracture. We identify patients at risk of vertebral fragility fracture e.g. elderly rheumatoid patients and those who were or currently on steroids, assess them clinically and confirm the diagnosis radiologically.

No dia 17 de março de  2021, iniciei oficialmente, após a aprovação pelo IOF, o FLS_UnimedLimeira conforme as diretrizes do ¨Capture the Fracture¨ e atualmente monitoramos 279 pacientes, sendo 38 incluídos como atenção primaria.

Tainan Hospital MOHW is a public regional and one of the oldest hospitals in Taiwan which was founded in 1896. The osteoporotic comprehensive care service including Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) has been running since 2018 in Tainan Hospital. Professor Yen kuang Yang is now the superintendent of Tainan Hospital.

The Osteoporosis Center St. Anna Clinic Hirslanden Lucerne is an internationally recognized, post-fracture care center in osteoporosis in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Improving care in patients with osteoporosis is the goal of our service.
