The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of our hospital is one of the units that accepts the most patients on the European side of Istanbul. It is at an easily accessible point. The clinic has been maintaining a solution-oriented approach since 1960.

Zij mogen dan bellen voor het maken van een afspraak.
De afspraak bestaat uit DEXA scan met VFA en daarna uitslag- en behandelgesprek bij VS. Indien nodig wordt er laboratoriumonderzoek afgesproken.
Indien er laboratoriumonderzoek heeft plaatsgevonden volgt daarna een MDO en een telefonisch afspraak voor de uitslag en het bespreken van het behandelplan.
Na 4 maanden wordt er nogmaals een telefonische afspraak gepland voor follow up medicatie.
La clínica de osteoporosis forma parte del servicio de Reumatología, fue establecida ante la necesidad de atención a este sector de la población con la intención de formar un servicio multidisciplinario, establecida como consulta de osteoporosis hace 12 meses.
Our service cooperates with the orthopedic and traumatologic department to include inpatient with osteoporotic fractures in our FLS. Therefore we established standard operating procedures so that all stakeholders can act in the same way.
Yeovil FLS is a nurse-led service that was first commissioned in 2012 with non-commissioned and non-systematic case finding for 10 years prior to this. It has been in the top 10 services for case for identification since the National Fracture Liaison Database (FLSDB) started in 2016. A Quality Improvement project in 2019 saw sustained improvements in time to assessment, DXA and follow up although, closure of the DXA service due to Covid-19 has affected time to DXA.
In 2019, the Golestan Fracture Laison Services (FLS) was started at the main tertiary care teaching hospital of the Golestan province in which, more than six hundred thousands of residents receive health care services.
The Golestan FLS site is a part of the national FLS program, that is supported by MOH and the National Institute for Medical Research Development (NIMAD).
It has been coordinated by the he Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute ( EMRI ) and Golestan Rheumatology Research Center .
O Centro de Ligação de Fraturas da Unidade Local de Saúde da Guarda foi criado em 2017 e pretende melhorar a prevenção secundária de fraturas. Este centro começou inicialmente com duas médicas reumatologistas mas cresceu e desenvolveu-se de uma forma dinâmica e constante para um centro multidisciplinar que conta com vários reumatologistas, enfermeiros de reabilitação e nutricionistas que trabalham em prol dos doentes com fraturas de forma a que estes sejam avaliados de uma forma holística.
