Our Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) aims to identify fragility fracture patients and provide systematic assessment and treatment to prevent secondary fractures. Our multidisciplinary team works to close the osteoporosis treatment gap through coordinated post-fracture care, including bone mineral density assessment, osteoporosis medication initiation, and patient education.Our hospital performs 200 to 240 hip fracture surgeries annually, the highest volume in the Nagasaki region.

当院では徳島県の基幹病院として骨折リエゾンサービス（FLS）による再骨折予防サポートで、運動習慣や食事を見直し、場合によっては骨粗鬆症の薬剤を服用することにより、再骨折のリスクの軽減に努めています。

The Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) at the Mohammed V Military Teaching Hospital in Rabat was established in October 2025 as the first structured secondary fracture prevention program in Morocco.The service follows a coordinator-based model. A dedicated nurse coordinator is notified by the trauma and orthopaedic departments, the emergency department, and by the rheumatology service for vertebral fractures.
