First Fracture Project has been the Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital since 2003. West Glasgow Fracture Liaison Service (FLS) was founded in 1999 and was originally based in the Western Infirmary, Glasgow, UK. More recently it has moved to Gartnavel General Hospital, Glasgow. It.is a public university teaching hospital with a population of around 250,000. It services all fragility fractures and around 2000 patients are reviewed each year.
