We are an orthopedic hospital located in Kiyota-ku Sapporo prefecture. We provide comprehensive treatment from acute phase to maintenance phase with 109 beds.

当院の立地する足助地区は、紅葉の名所として有名な香嵐渓を中心に、農業・林業・観光業の盛んな地域です。 足助病院は1950年に農業協同組合出資の下設立されました。2013年6月には新病院に生まれ変わり、約70年の歴史を刻んでいます。愛知県三河中山間地域存続のための一翼を担うべく、へき地中核病院として医療を提供しています。

・骨粗鬆症リエゾンサービス（OLS)：2020年4月から活動開始し、外来患者を中心に骨粗鬆症の早期発見・治療介入、転倒予防訓練の指導、薬剤・栄養指導を行い、一次・二次骨折予防に取り組んでいます。2021年度から運動器健診事業を、2022年から大腿骨近位部骨折患者の家族に対する一次骨折予防活動も開始しました。

The Fracture Liaison Service of the Red Cross Hospital of Curitiba, Brazil, is working since 2018, under the lead of the orthopedic surgeon,  Dr. André Manoel Inácio, and it is the first FLS established in the State of Paraná.

We are a high complexity hospital with more than 3,600 orthopedic consultations per month.

Waikato hospital located in Hamilton New Zealand is a public hospital with a network of 5 rural hospitals servicing a population of over 430,00 people. The FLS service has Ortho-geriatric clinical lead and manages all inpatient and outpatient fragility fractures for the Waikato DHB area. 

Hawkes Bay Fracture Liaison Service is based in Hastings, New Zealand, at Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. The hospital serves our region of around 180,000 people.

The Lead Clinician is a senior geriatrician, whilst a physiotherapist runs the service, assessing people aged 50 years and older.
