Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital, is the first national regional medical center in Guizhou Province, and is a national public third-class A hospital. Fracture Liaison Service based within the community of Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland in the UK.

Service involves: 

- Identification of any low trauma fracture in those aged 50 and over in the agreed catchment area.

- Completion of bone health and falls assessment, referral for DXA, diagnose and recommend treatment.

- Monitoring medication compliance at 4 month and 12 month.

- Pathways in place to refer to other community services and specialist bone clinic amongst others as needed.

- Strong links with the community Falls Service. 

The Hutt Valley Fracture Liaison Service has been running since August 2022. This service is the first Fracture Liaison Service in the Wellington Region and there are plans a foot to expand regionally throughout the Greater Wellington region. This service provides support to a population of approximately 162,000 people living in the Te Awakairangi area - the Hutt Valley in southern part of the North Island of New Zealand.

We are the Orthopedic Surgery Team at a specialized orthopedic hospital in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. The Taranaki Fracture Liaison Service (FLS), operating under Health New Zealand, Taranaki exemplifies excellence in secondary fracture prevention. Established in June 2022, this service is dedicated to the care of patients over 50 who have suffered fragility fractures due to low-impact incidents. Tarnaki FLS offers comprehensive care including future fracture risk assessment, falls assessment, health education, and referrals for bone density scans and osteoporosis identification.
