The FLS in Hospital Universitary Jerez de la Frontera is a dedicated post-fracture care program committed to reducing secondary fractures through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. Our service systematically identifies fragility fracture in our patients. Upon identification, patients undergo a thorough clinical assessment, including bone density testing (DXA) and falls risk evaluation, managed by our team of nurses, rehabilitation doctors, primary care physicians and rheumatologist.
