Our Fracture Prevention Clinic is a multidisciplinary collaboration. A designated liaison-nurse identifies the patients at risk for osteoporosis, provides information on treatment and follow-up. The clinicians are responsible for the evaluation of the patient and the appropriate treatment for osteoporosis. Also mobility- en fall-risk assessments, rehabilitation and fall-prevention are part of the program.
