Northland District Health Board located in Northland, New Zealand, is a public hospital system with a network of five hospitals serving more than 193,000 people. The Fracture Liaison Service is in the Directorate of Medical and Elder Services and manages all fragility fractures (including hip, inpatient, outpatient and vertebral fractures). More than 700 fracture patients are seen per year.
