骨粗鬆症を背景に生じる骨卒中の一次予防から、次なる骨折を防ぐための二次骨折予防まで滞りのない治療を目的に、多職種のメンバーで構成された聖霊病院骨粗鬆症リエゾンチーム“SOLT”は活動しています。特に大腿骨近位部骨折に対しては、骨折受傷後48時間以内に、低侵襲で確度の高い手術治療を行い、術翌日から骨折前と同じレベルの歩行能力の再獲得を目指し歩行訓練を開始します。そして、次なる骨折を予防するために骨粗鬆症治療を導入しています。さまざまな職種で患者さんに関わり、その回復を全人的にサポートしています。
The multi-disciplinary team called "SOLT" Osteoporosis Liaison Team at Seirei Hospital is actively engaged in providing seamless treatment from primary prevention of osteoporotic fractures occurring against the background of osteoporosis to secondary fracture prevention aimed at preventing further fractures. Especially for proximal femoral fractures, we perform minimally invasive and highly accurate surgical treatment within 48 hours after fracture, followed by starting walking training from the day after surgery with the aim of regaining the same level of walking ability as before the fracture. Additionally, osteoporosis treatment is introduced to prevent further fractures. To achieve this, various professions are involved with patients, providing holistic support for their recovery.
