KKR東海病院は、名古屋市の中核病院として骨折予防と骨粗鬆症ケアに注力しています。2023年に発足した東海OLSチームが中心となり、多職種連携による骨折リエゾンサービス（FLS）を展開。手外科センターと連携し、橈骨遠位端骨折への早期介入を実施。科学的根拠に基づく介入と地域連携を通じて、健康寿命と生活の質の向上を目指しています。
KKR Tokai Hospital is a core hospital in Nagoya focused on fracture prevention and osteoporosis care. Since 2023, the Tokai OLS Team has led a multidisciplinary FLS. In collaboration with the Hand Surgery Center, the team actively intervenes in distal radius fractures. Through evidence-based care and community coordination, we aim to reduce secondary fractures and support healthy aging.
