Hospital Universitario del Caribe

Directed by Dr. Fernando Trillos, Comptroller of the Health Superintendence. In this third level center, the Multidisciplinary Group of the University Hospital of the Caribbean has been operating since 2017. The hospital is located in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia and serves an approximate population of 20,000 people on the Colombian Caribbean coast. The service treats fragility fractures and attends to around 400 patients a year. Its main objective is to provide comprehensive and timely care to patients from emergency care primary prevention to secondary prevention and rehabilitation of patients with fragility fractures.
