Hospital Galdakao-Usansolo

Galdakao-Usansolo Hospital is located in Bizkaia (Basque Country, Spain) and belongs to the Barrualde-Galdakao Integrated Health Organization inside Osakidetza (Basque Health System). It serves a population of around 313.000 people. Our Internal Medicine-coordinated Fracture Liaison Service has been running since 2017 and handles hip, vertebral and other fragility fractures in elderly inpatients from an integral perspective. When discharged, some of them can be followed in our osteoporosis office.
