Hospital Universitario de la Samaritana
The Hospital Universitario de La Samaritana (HUS) located in Bogotá is a first level trauma center. It is also the main public Hospital of the Cundinamarca state with around 2 million inhabitants, most of them living in rural areas with 37 secondary hospitals. The HUS FLS was stablished in 2014 and it is a combined effort between the Orthopaedic and Trauma unit (Dr. Jaime Leal, Dra. Amparo Gómez and Dra. Luisa García) and the Endocrinology unit (Dr. Andrés Lancheros and Dra. Mireya Tapiero). Its main focus is the prevention of second fragility fractures and its research.

FRACT FLS Service launched in March 2018 at IU-Cerrahpasa, Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty, directed by physiatrist Dr. Şansın Tüzün. The University hospital is located in Istanbul, Turkey and serves a population of around 435,000 people. FRACT has been established as a type of FLS where patients with fragility fractures are diagnosed, treated and rehabilitated at university hospital in collaboration with physiatry and orthopedic clininics.
